Why AKV

What nearly four decades teach a firm.

01

Partner attention on every engagement

Work is reviewed by a partner, not merely processed by staff. A multi-partner firm means genuine depth in each practice, not one generalist stretched thin.

02

Deadlines are tracked, not remembered

Every client entity sits on a maintained compliance calendar across Income-tax, GST, TDS and MCA. Filings happen because a system says so.

03

Positions grounded in statute

Advice cites the section, the rule or the ruling it rests on. When the law is genuinely unsettled, we say so — and document the position taken.

04

Continuity across generations

Founded in 1987, the firm today serves second-generation clients — businesses whose fathers signed the first engagement letters.

05

Technology in service of accuracy

Reconciliation tooling, entity-wise trackers and structured working papers reduce the two things that hurt clients: missed dates and unreconciled numbers.

Every number this firm signs is a number this firm can defend — before a client, an assessing officer, or an appellate bench. That has been the working rule since 1987, and it is not negotiable.

The AKV working rule

How the firm works

Every position is documented before it is signed.

A scoping discussion comes first, always — facts, documents and timelines established before any commitment is made. Scope and fee are put in writing, a named team member owns the matter, and working papers are retained for every position taken.

If a filing or a position is later questioned by the department, the same team that formed it defends it. That has been the working method since 1987.
