The firm was founded by Late Shri Ajay Kumar Vijayvergia in 1987 on a foundation of integrity, diligence and professional excellence. Though he is no longer with us, the firm continues to grow under the values, professional vision and standards he established — a legacy the present partners are privileged to carry forward.
